Driving Rules is a study app for US driver's license and learner's permit tests. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
Driving Rules does not ask for an account, a name, an email address, or a phone number. There is no sign-up and no login. We cannot identify you.
All driving rules, road signs and practice questions are stored inside the app itself. Your selected state, bookmarks, and study progress are saved locally on your device and are never uploaded to us.
The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. If the app crashes, Crashlytics sends a diagnostic report containing:
These reports are not linked to your identity and are not used for advertising or tracking. See Firebase's privacy information for how Google handles this data.
Driving Rules contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and does not sell or share any information.
The app can open your state's official driver handbook on that state's own website. Those sites are operated by the relevant state agency and have their own privacy policies. We do not receive any information about what you do there.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
